GetGo Digital Ordering
Our primary objective for the launch of the new GetGo app was to transform the existing web-based experience into a native app experience, while enhancing both the visual UI and the overall user journey. Throughout the development process, we focused on improving every aspect of the app to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience while keeping a fun theme that is the trademark of the GetGo brand.

The changes and features incorporated into the new GetGo app have significantly enhanced user experience and convenience:
Organized Root Menu: Introduced a well-structured root menu, ensuring ease of navigation and intuitive access to various food categories within the app.
Reorder Feature: Implemented a convenient reorder function, enabling users to swiftly reorder their favorite items from the menu, streamlining the purchasing process.
Interactive Made-to-Order Experience: Introduced a playful and user-friendly wheel carousel for customizing made-to-order items, creating an engaging and efficient way for users to personalize their selections.
Customization Options: Enabled easy customization for made-to-order items, allowing users to tailor their orders according to their preferences, promoting a personalized experience.
Enhanced Checkout & Order Scheduling: Improved the checkout process and integrated a feature that enables users to schedule orders for pickup.
Improved Store Locator: Implemented an intuitive and efficient store locator, simplifying the process for users to find nearby GetGo locations through an easy-to-use search functionality.
